It is the goal of this practice to make addiction medication treatment and counseling affordable.

First visit: 30 minutes : $100

​

Mid-month visit: $50-this visit is required if you are new to this practice and may be waived at NP discretion.

​

Monthly visits: 20 minutes = $100.

​

Details: Payment is expected at the time of your appointment and insurance will not be billed for visits. The per visit fees are cash or check.

Your insurance may or may not cover medications and every effort will be made to make medications also affordable.
